Experience
Ms. Kropke has extensive experience litigating the best interests of the children in family, dependency and special education law proceedings. During this time she has represented private parties and the City of New York in highly contested custody, visitation and dependency proceedings as well as representing children with disabilities in Civil Rights actions and securing a Free and Appropriate Public Education.

A 2000 graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, Ms. Kropke has extensive experience in all phases of the litigation process, as well as mediation.

Ms. Kropke is admitted to practice in California and New York and is a member of the Los Angeles County, Orange County, Western, Eastern Los Angeles, and Western San Bernardino Bar Associations.

In 2009 Ms. Kropke developed and presented informative talks to parents and professionals at the Inland Empire Autism Society of America, Temecula Austism Asperger Group, and Coachella Valley Autism Society of America
